We know shipping damage sucks, but we're here to help. Follow these policies and procedures below and we'll get you taken care of!
- If your item arrives damaged, do not accept delivery without noting it first. If your package is dropped off, notify us as soon as possible.
- DO NOT install damaged products. Once the product is installed we can not longer help with shipping damages.
There are two possibly solutions;
- If the item is destroyed beyond usable condition, we can provide a label to return it to be rebuilt or repaired.
- If the item has minor damage or you wish to repair it yourself, we are happy to assist you in the claims process. Once this option is selected we are not able to take your product as a return.

Items that ship freight (Bumpers, some sliders and skids, etc.) require a commercial address with a loading dock. If a commercial address is not provided, the item will be shipped to the nearest freight terminal.
