Are Headlights Sold as Pairs?
How do I understand the headlight options?
Under the "Guides" Tab of the site, there is a section for Headlight Options. There is also a video linked in that section that goes over the avalible options.

How do TEQ lights differ from LED Bulbs?
Each set of headlights also maintins the factory adjustability, allowing you to get the most down road vision without blinding oncoming traffic. It is the safest and most effective way to have better output.
What is the difference between Pre-Built and Custom headlights?
Custom Retrofit lights carry short lead times and are built to your exact specifications. All of the options are completely customizable.
Are Halos Switchback?
Yes. All halos have switchback compatability. Standard halos are white and amber, with the amber able to be utilized as the turn signal.
RGB Halos have a turn signal input on the controller.
Are the headlights adjustable?
Yes! All headlights maintain factory adjusters.
Do I need to send in my headlights?
Unless otherwise noted, all headlight builds include new headlight housings. Certain listings will give the option to send in your headlight housings if the cost of replacement hosuings is high.
If you send in your housings, we will only need them for a few days, not the entire stated lead time. We will prep all parts for the build adhead of time to minimize your down time.
Do you warranty the headlights?
Of coruse. Each set of headlights comes with a 2 year warranty. That includes the seal of the lights and all installed compnenets. See the warranty tab in the footer of the website for more information.
Do you build lights for other vehciles besides Toyotas?

Do you offer a military/first responder discount?
We are proud to offer 10% off all TEQ Customs products for military and first responders. Please contact us with your ID and we will make a discount code for you to use.
At this time, we are not able to extend this offer to vendor prodcuts not produced by TEQ.
How fast do items ship?
How do I know if an item has a lead time?
On each product page, a lead time will be provided under the product title if applicable. We do our best to update these as often as possible. If you have any questions regarding lead times, please reach out.
How do I check my order status?
In order to put more resources into prodcution and offer the shortest lead times possible, we do not sent out build updates unless there is an unforseen delay with an order. At any time, you are welcome to email us for an update on your order and our team would be happy to help.
Do you offer financing?
We do. We offer Affirm, Shop Pay, and Paypal Pay in 4 as ways to split up a larger purchase.

Am I able to pick up an order in store?
Yes! The option for local pickup will be provided at checkout. If there are any issues with this, please reach out and we would be happy to help set up an order for local pickup.
All orders can be picked up, once ready, at 4011 Atlantic Ave, Raleigh, NC 27604 during business hours.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to ship most items internationally. Certian items like headlights and grilles have set shipping rates to Canada avalible on the site. For other items and shipping locations outside of the continental US, please contact us for a quote.
Do Grilles include the Toyota lettering?
What is the grille badge option?
The Grille badge option adds a small, tri colored badge that attaches to the grille.

Will I need to cut or trim anyhting to install the grille?

How can I get into contact with TEQ?
Email is the most reliable form of contact. You can also give us a call at 919 903 4555 from 10-6, M-F. Please note that as a small business, we currently have one phone line. If you do not recieve an immedite answer, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We ask that order and customer service questions be directed to phone or email, rather than social media.
Are you open on weekends?
A work-life balance is important. As such, we are not open on weekends. Any messages recieved over the weekend will be responded to on Monday.
Do you offer install services?
We do. We offer a range of install and maintinace services. Please see the "Services and Install" tab for more information and to recieve a quote.
Are lead times accurate?
Lead times are updated reguarly and are accurate. We intentionally quote longer than expected lead times to account for any small delays. We routinely deliver items ahead of lead times.
