Lead Times

Lead times are always shown in the announcement bar at the top of the page. Lead times are an ESTIMATE and are not a deadline. We will do everything in our power to have your order complete and shipped within the quoted lead times, but reserve the right to change lead times as delays arise. 

We now send emails as your order progresses through the process. Please first refer to those emails before contacting us. The less emails we have to respond to, the faster we are able to work through orders.

Warranty

Our retrofit headlights are covered under a 1 year warranty that covers parts and workmanship. After headlights are installed, we no longer warranty them for cosmetic defects. If your product is scratched, dented, or otherwise broken upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement prior to install. Once installed, we can no longer do anything about cosmetic or shipping damage. 

Additionally, BX Built products carry a longer 2 year warranty. 

Damage from off-road use is not covered under our warranty policy. Additionally, the “06-09 4Runner DRL Bar headlights” are not covered under this warranty policy. We do not build these lights, just retail them.

Reselling the lights after they are installed will void the warranty policy unless otherwise stated by a company representative. This is due to the possibility of damage caused by shipping lights multiple times and the inability to track non-warrantiable damage across multiple owners. 

All other products are covered for damage upon arrival. Please inspect all packages upon delivery and contact us with any issues. We will no longer cover damages occurring during shipping once the headlights are installed. 

Please contact us with any initial damage reports within 30 days. After that period we can no longer accept any reports of damage upon arrival. 

Decals are recommended to be installed by a professional. We are not responsible for error when installing decals on your vehicle. 

Some products such as Diode Dynamics lights come with a manufacturer warranty. If the product is covered by a manufacturer warranty, it is stated in the product description itself. 

To submit a warranty claim, fill out the form under the Contact section of the site with the product you bought, conditions during which the product broke, and when you bought it. We will first provide technical support to try and fix the issue before a replacement or repair is provided. 

Refunds

All headlight and grille sales are final due to their custom nature. We may be able to add items on to your headlights after the fact, but we are unable to remove items. 

Decals are unable to be returned due to the liklihood of shipping damage. We are also not responsible for instillation of decals and as such, do not accept returns or refunds for improperly installed decals.

All other products may be returned but will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
