Returns/Cancellations

Made-to-Order and Special Order items

• Bumpers, Sliders, Gusseted Spindles, and most items with lead times are made to order items. As such, these items are not typically eligible for returns or cancellations per manufacturers policies. 
• TEQ Headlights are made to order and are not able to be cancelled. If you wish to make changes to your headlight build during the build process, we will do our best to accommodate. 

Returns

Items that do not fall under the made to order exemption are eligible for returns. All returns must be in unused, uninstalled condition with all parts and hardware included in the return. 

Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In the event the item shipped with free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from the return.

Most items will have a 5% restocking fee. Certain vendors may offer free returns or charge a higher fee. Any fees will be communicated prior to the item being returned.

Cancellations

Items that do not fall into the above exemptions may be eligible for cancellation.

• Cancellations will incur a minimum 5% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are able to be applied to future orders as credits if desired. 
• Certain vendors may charge a higher cancellation fee. Any fees will be communicated prior to the order being cancelled.
• Cancellation requests must be made to TEQ Customs in writing via email. Cancellation requests are not accepted through any other channel.
