Terms and Conditions 

 - Competitors pricing must be for the same item with the same product options, in the same condition (new). We do not price match used or refurbished items. 

- The item must be in stock at the source of the lower price

- The price must be publicly available. Pricing that requires certain criteria to be met (Must log in to an account, must sign up for x to receive the pricing, etc) cannot be matched

- The competitor from which the price will be matched must be 1. A non marketplace source (Amazon, eBay) and 2. a reputable business. 

• In general, reputable businesses will have a physical location listed, a contact phone number, branded emails, and reviews available. 
• If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. Always use your best judgement. 

- In the event that the item in question has free shipping from TEQ Customs, the we will match the price after any applicable shipping costs from the competitor. 

- Shipping price matching is done on a case by case basis. There are many items that vendors set shipping costs for and we cannot bypass that. We will always do our best to get you the best price possible. 

- Price match requests cannot comprise multiple competitors - i.e Price match one site's item price and a 2nd sites shipping costs

- Items on clearance, closeout, liquidation, or have an obvious error in the listing (I.e. $400 product listed for $4) are not able to be price matched.
