OSR-X

With over 1.5" added height compared to the standard OSR we know and love, this opens up several possibilities.

1. Run custom 14" shocks without a body lift
2. Run 10-12" shocks and increase ground clearance over the standard OSR (using OSR spec shocks)
3. Look cool doing it

Move the shocks where they should've been in the first place, to the outside of the frame. The FGP "OSR-X" allows for longer shocks, makes shock install/removal a breeze, and greatly improves the efficiency and performance of your shocks. 

This kit utilizes fishplate gusset frame plates to add load bearing strength at the mounting points, as well as radiused upper mounts to provide more weld surface and strength. 

Designed to be compatible with 10-14" shocks. Custom specks often required. 

For 2.0 shocks, a minimum 3.5” wheel backspacing is recommended for tire clearance. Example: if you have 4.5” BS wheels, you will need 1” spacers to bring it down to 3.5”. 2.5in shocks require minimum 3" backspace. Results may vary.

DISCLAIMERS: 

• Smooth body shocks with OD top hat will require a 45 to 90 degree fitting to clear shock mount pocket, potentially ID top hats as well. Will update once fitment is confirmed
• Custom specked "OSR" shocks, same as the standard OSR, will be required to maximize the full benefits of the OSR-X
• Frame notching will be required for 2.5" shocks (Option A & B)
• (Option C) Protrusion in wheel well near upper mount will need extensive hammering for hoop clearance. Proceed at own risk.
