About:

This kit has been designed from the bottom up to fit a multitude of vehicles as well as universal applications. This kit allows fitment of bigger shocks, multiple bump stop brands, is designed to work with the Solo Motorsports Outboard Shock Kits, and requires less frame cleaning/welding than other options on the market.

Running the TKO rear hydraulic bump stop kit on an off-road vehicle offers several advantages, especially in terms of suspension performance and durability:

1. Improved Bottom-Out Control: Hydraulic bump stops provide a smoother and more controlled compression when the suspension reaches its travel limit, reducing the harsh impact of bottoming out. This can prevent damage to the vehicle’s suspension and frame, especially when hitting large obstacles or landing hard.
2. Better Suspension Control: Compared to traditional rubber bump stops, hydraulic bump stops offer more precise damping. They can be tuned for different spring rates and compression characteristics, giving you more control over how the suspension behaves during off-road conditions.

Notes:

• 1.5” spacers or a -15mm or more offset wheel is required to clear the bump stops
• The bump stop kit removes the factory bump perch
• This kit was designed around a 2″x2” Threaded style bump stop
• Will work with any 2″x2″ bump stop but may require minor honing
• Kit is compatible with Freel Good and Envision outboard shock kit (no testing with solo outboard kit yet)
