Introducing the Chase Bar + 3rd Brake Light Kit from TEQ Customs, built around the Diode Dynamics SS10 Chase Bar. This kit provides a simple, sturdy, and seamlessly integrated way to mount a chase bar on your FJ Cruiser. No drilling or cutting required.

The Chase Bar includes a reverse light, brake light, and chase/running light functions. More info and a video on the Diode Dynamics bar can be found below. 

This kit is crafted with ASA-CF Plastic, known for it's UV and heat resistance. TEQ backs our kit with a lifetime warranty (SS10 Bar subject to Diode Dynamics limited lifetime warranty). Standard on every mount/housing is space to mount a Wolfbox rear camera, as well.

Wiring Required: Yes. The wiring harness will include a factory connector for the brake light function. The second part of the harness includes wires for the reverse and chase light functions. The reverse input will be tapped from the tail light using a non-splice tap, the Posi Tap. A second tap is included to connect the chase light function into your parking lights, which turn on with the first turn of your headlight knob. 

If you connect the chase bar into the parking lights, the reverse light will not turn on while the chase function is active. The brake function will work regardless. 

The other option for the chase bar is to run the chase light to a dash switch or switch system. Wiring is provided to get the input into the cab of the vehicle, but not all the way to the front of the vehicle.
