Not happy with the product
"Not happy with the product or the customer service from Teq Customs at all… My wife ordered this grille for me as a Father’s Day gift and once it was received the poor quality was immediately noticed… This product was an exact replica as the cheap ones you can find on Amazon for $90… My wife thought it was gonna be a lot higher quality because it came from a “custom” company and was almost 3 times the price but sadly it was not… It did not fit correctly at all, and had lots of big gaps all the way around… I tried calling Teq Customs 4 times on 4 different days with nobody answering the phone… I received a text message back from them so I went that route of communication… After letting them know that the quality is definitely not as they advertise it to be and I wanted to start a return with a refund they proceeded to text me back and let me know that I had to pay for the shipping to get it back to them and they were also keeping 5% as some kind of penalty fee for me returning the grille to them… This is absolutely ridiculous because the grille is not how they advertised it to be… If the grille would have fit like they advertised, then I would have loved to keep it but it didn’t… It is the same low quality grille as you can get on Amazon for $90 that is cheap quality and doesn’t fit correctly… I am very disappointed in Teq Customs and will not be doing business with them in the future… It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review because I don’t like giving negative reviews unless it is absolutely called for… I just don’t want somebody else to go through the same thing that I’m going through so hopefully this will save somebody else the headache I’m dealing with… If they would have simply done the right thing by paying for the shipping to send this grille back to them and give me a full refund, I wouldn’t have had to write this negative review… I feel that a reputable business should give a full refund and pay for the shipping to get the product back to them if the product is not as advertised and does not fit on a vehicle that they claim it is a custom part for… It’s very unfortunate that Teq Customs doesn’t do business the “reputable way” and that’s why I won’t order from them again…"
