The 1st Gen Toyota Sequoia is becoming a popular platform for off-road and overland builds. With tons of room, a 2001-2007 Sequoia is a great choice if you're looking to explore with your family or lots of friends! The downside is it's a rather long vehicle with less than desirable approach and departure angles. This customer brought us his 2006 Sequoia to address that.
If you're looking to build out your Toyota, Lexus, or any other vehicle, our experienced team at TEQ Customs is here to help. From suspension to wheels and tires, roof racks, lighting, electrical installs, and much more, TEQ Customs is your one stop shop for high quality modifications.

Overview
With 2.5in of lift in the front and 1.75in in the rear, the height on this Sequoia is nice and level. The 1.25in Spidertrax wheel spacers give his previously installed TRD Pro style wheels some poke outside the fender. On such a large vehicle, the nearly 34in tires look right at home and fit very well once we dialed in the alignment.
This customer does not do a ton of off-road driving, so the basic Dobinsons Nitro kit was a perfect option for him. The twin tube shocks provide comfort on road while still upgrading the off-road capability. The increased ground clearance, approach angle, and departure angle provided by the suspension and larger tires are a welcome upgrade as well.
Previously installed mods include a TRD Pro Grille for 05-07 Sequoias. This grille is also available for 01-04 model years.
