2014 4Runner Limited Long Travel Build

At TEQ Customs, we specialize in all things Toyota. This customer brought his 2014 4Runner to us in Raleigh, NC for a Dirt King Long Travel install. While the body may be different for Limited trims vs. other trims, the suspension remains the same, allowing for the install of any suspension components made for the 5th Gen 4Runners.

• Dirt King +3.5in LT Kit (Upper Control Arms, Lower Control Arms, Extended Brake Lines, Limit Straps, Tie Rod Extensions)
• 8in Travel King Coilovers
• Extended CV Axles

Overview

At a total of 7in wider in the front, the stance on this 4Runner is impeccable. It clears the 35in Nitto Trail Grapplers and 20in Fuel Rebel 6 wheels well with minor trimming to the bumper and fender liner. 

The front coilovers were set to 3in of lift to provide a more leveled look with the 2in rear Dobinsons springs that were previously installed. 

Other modifications previously done include Morimoto XB headlights and RSG Offroad Rock Sliders. 

We are a big fan of how this build came out. The Dirt King LT kit allows for 13.5in of wheel travel, greatly increasing the capability of your front suspension in both low and high speed applications. It is also unique to see these modifications on a Limited trim!
